UK

- Free standard delivery for all orders within the UK mainland. 

- Standard Delivery is royal mail second class.

- We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of purchase

- Royal mail first class signed for available at an additional cost of £6.95

- For trade orders we use Parcelforce – prices are available upon request and are based on each individual order.

 

Outside the UK

 

All of our products are available for export, please e mail your order and we will come straight back to you with a price on postage based on your region and requirements. Email georgina@pommel.co.uk

 

 

Can my order be sent to multiple addresses?

With free postage you can create as many orders as you like to different addresses!

 

My order is late – what shall I do?

 

All of our orders are hand packed, using Royal Mail is a reliable service so it is unlikely your order would take more than 3-4 days. In the unlikely event you still have not received it after 14 days please e mail us, include your order number and we will trace it for you.

 

What do I do if my order is damaged?

We hope your goods reach you in tip top condition, however if you find your goods damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us by e mail within 7 days of receiving your order. You have a full 30 days to return damaged or not fit for purpose goods. We will endeavour to refund or replace your items as soon as we can.

Changed your mind?

 

Please notify us by email within 14 days if you wish to return or exchange your order. Goods must be in a re-sellable condition in order to process a refund. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any postage costs incurred. Please e mail us as soon as you can and we will provide you with a postage return address.
